Who We Are & What Moves Us
Mary Helping Hands Foundation was born from witnessing preventable suffering in Nigeria’s most underserved communities. We saw families trapped between health crises and financial devastation. We saw pregnant mothers with no access to prenatal care. We saw treatable conditions becoming death sentences.
But more importantly, we saw potential. We saw communities ready to change. We saw healthcare workers willing to serve sacrificially. We saw partners hungry to amplify impact.
So we started. In December 2023, with a clear mission and unwavering commitment, we launched our first outreach. Today, we’ve touched 5,479 lives and invested ₦28.5M+ directly into sustainable healthcare solutions.

To deliver comprehensive, accessible healthcare and humanitarian support to vulnerable communities across Nigeria, enabling dignified living and sustainable health outcomes. Also, to reduce the mortality rate among pregnant women and children between 0 and 5 years in rural communities in Africa.
